Group Sessions

Our 60min group sessions are small and flexible. We run a new class everyday, combining a mixture of free weight and body weight exercises, boxing and cardio. Circuits focusing on upper and lower body, core and mobility, create a well rounded session every day. The luxury of small groups means classes can be tailored to individual needs based on fitness levels and abilities.

Our seniors class is a 30min group combining functional exercises to increase strength, mobility and balance. This class is for anyone wanting lower intensity and low impact group sessions. Despite the name, all ages and abilities are welcome for a gentle, lower intensity workout.

And remember we are child-friendly and have a cornered off area for kids to hangout while you exercise.
